About ESPAC

The leading Saudi manufacturer of reinforced and non-reinforced precast aerated concrete (PAC) since 2008.

Building Stronger, Lighter, Smarter

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) was perfected in the mid-1920s in Sweden by Dr. John Axel Eriksson, an architect who worked with Professor Henrik Kreuger at the Royal Institute of Technology. It was first produced in Sweden in 1923, and industrial-scale production began in 1929. Since then, the production and use of AAC have spread to more than 40 countries across all continents, including Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, North America, Central and South America, and Australia. This extensive history has generated numerous case studies demonstrating its performance in different climates and under various building codes. In Saudi Arabia, AAC was introduced in 1977 and has since been used in thousands of projects.
